I use photoshop elements 3.0 but I would assume you could do it in just about any photoshop

I use the Custom Shape tool to make a perfect speech bubble but when I use the wand to select it and use the fill stroke, the outline isn't smooth, its pixelated. How can I fix that?

while you have you shape selected you can go to select/modify/smooth.

I'm not sure if it'll fix the problem or not but its worth a shot

sorry for the late reply ^^;
